Boat Insurance
Your boat is a major investment and commitment, in time and money. You need the best protection - at a competitive price - for your investment. The CSE Watercraft Policy is designed to cover small, individually-owned boats manufactured within the last 15 years, that are no more than 26 feet in length, with a maximum speed of 45 MPH. Personal watercraft are excluded.

Condominium Insurance
If your condo is your primary residence, it is probably the single most important investment you have, you need the best protection at a reasonable cost. With a policy from CSE Insurance, you will get broad coverage for your condo and personal belongings, as well as liability protection.
Renters Insurance
As a renter, you need to protect your personal property against theft and damage. You also need to protect yourself from any liability that you may incur. CSE Insurance provides a renters policy that will cover these concerns at a low cost to you, as well as provide coverage for your valuable items.
Personal Liability Umbrella Policy
For individuals who want to increase their personal liability coverage, CSE offers an Umbrella Policy. Coverage limits of $1,000,000 or $2,000,000 are available. Certain types of risks are ineligible for Personal Umbrella Liability coverage.
